Gourmet caterers - with over 30 years’ experience - specialising in the art of cooking on open fires, we offer event catering services, from weddings and private parties to large corporate events.

Whether its locally sourced meat roasted slowly over smouldering wood, or an authentic Durban curry cooked in one of our portable potjie pots, we will create an unforgettable feast for your guests on the day.

Rather than providing restrictive menus, we work closely with our clients to come up with bespoke solutions, unique to your event.

OUR MENUOur menu items have been developed from many years’ experience around the braai. Most recipes are family secrets passed down through generations with a strong emphasis on authenticity. We have teamed up with an 8th generation farming and butchery family to source the finest grades of ethically raised meat. An Afrikaner favourite. Balls of lamb mince and liver, traditionally spiced and wrapped in caul. Braaied until crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. A taste bud extravaganza.
